Intraoral camera

Intra-oral cameras are an excellent means of allowing our patients to view potential and existing dental conditions in their own mouth. Patients really appreciate this form of technology because they can easily understand what is happening in their mouth when they can see it on a chair-side computer monitor. This digital image can be utilized to provide information to insurances and other doctors if necessary. Dr. Michael can also use these intra-oral photos, in conjunction with extra-oral photos, to illustrate a final restoration before it is placed for you to see what it will look like.

The intra-oral images our placed into a file in your computerized chart so that Dr. Michael will always have access to a basic view of your current dental condition at all times. This technology provides Dr. Michael with the unique opportunity of being able to study your mouth without you having to come into the office. He is able to take a much closer and extensive look at your mouth from a perspective that would not be available otherwise when putting together treatment plans for your specific set of dental concerns.
