Stained, broken and chipped teeth throughout; old Porcelain fused to metal crowns with black lines at the gum line and different colored teeth. All of this is in the past, this patient was thoroughly happy with his complete porcelain restoration utilizing high tech tooth colored porcelain with no metal. Treatment took 6 weeks to complete after a diagnostic wax-up was approved. We began with temporization of the lower arch and placed lower permanent porcelain restorations three weeks later and began the upper which was completed three weeks following that. One week later, a follow up cleaning and bite adjustment is performed.
