They just don’t get much more extreme than this case. It is a such a great feeling to be able to help people like this smile again. It took us a few months because we needed implants on the upper jaw and lower jaw and implants take 4-6 months to heal into the bone before it is safe to place crowns on them, however, a temporary was placed on surgery day that looked almost as great as the final case. Temporaries are made from a tooth-colored, acrylic material that aren’t quite as smooth as porcelain teeth but still look very nice for about 4-6 months if needed.
